As CEO, Ron leads Revenue Cycle Inc. with more than 24 years in clinical, mid-level and executive level management, clinical experience and financial management. He is also a proven strategist in practice building, coding and documentation for both Part A and Part B reimbursement and has broad experience with marketing, operations, development and public relations.
Ron is active with ACRO, ASTRO, SROA, ACCC, ACE, AAMD, ASCO, ACHE and several other groups whose missions forward the cause of oncology. He currently assists with the publication of the American College of Radiation Oncology Practice Management Guide, which serves to educate the oncology community as a whole.
Ron earned an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University a bachelor of science in health services administration from Weber State University, Utah and an associate's degree in radiography from MCC in Waco, Texas. His clinical and strong operational management experience assist in both short and long term goal achievement for hospitals and providers alike.
Perhaps most importantly, Ron prides himself on result-oriented outcomes, executed by strong ethics and integrity. He recognizes that physicians and hospital administrators are team drivers of the various applicable business models and he continues to grow Revenue Cycle Inc.'s companies so they may facilitate clients reaching their desired goals.
As Executive Director, Kelli provides leadership to the Revenue Cycle Inc. divisions that offer comprehensive consulting services to oncology providers, facilities, and corporate vendors nationwide. Recognized as an industry expert, Kelli provides reimbursement information, customer resources, operational assessments, compliance reviews, staffing model evaluation, electronic medical record evaluation and implementation, medical record reviews and interim management services throughout the U.S.
Kelli's strengths include attention to detail, streamlining processes, customer education and focus on compliance. She is proficient at integrating training and process improvements for physician offices and hospital-based cancer centers as well as providing reimbursement advice and strategy for oncology vendors and corporations.
Kelli brings over 20 years of experience in the oncology field. Prior to joining Revenue Cycle Inc. in 2003, she served in operational positions in management and as a Chief Therapist, Dosimetrist, and Radiographer. Kelli is active in numerous organizations dedicated to the progression of healthcare, healthcare careers, technology and advancements in oncology. She lectures and participates in national and local seminars in conjunction with the American College of Radiation Oncology, ASRT, AAMD and SROA.
Kelli earned her degree in radiologic sciences from McLennan Community College in Waco and studied radiation therapy at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
As the Director of Provider Consulting for Revenue Cycle Inc., Tamara joins the management team in providing and coordinating comprehensive consulting services to oncology practices nationwide. Assisting clients with large-scale projects involving electronic medical record conversions, as well as billing and documentation compliance, Tamara is recognized as an expert on numerous EMR systems. Her expertise includes workflow assessments, staffing analysis and operational and compliance reviews and education which benefit the development of best practice models for clients throughout the U.S.
With more than 21 years experience in the oncology field, Tamara actively participates in multiple organizations. She lectures at local, state and national levels for the ASRT, SROA and the AAMD. Tamara also provides billing, coding and documentation education at national seminars in conjunction with the American College of Radiation Oncology.
Tamara earned her bachelor's degree in radiation therapy from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. Prior to joining Revenue Cycle Inc., she served in operational positions as Dosimetrist, Lead Therapist and Staff Therapist.
As the Director of Corporate Consulting for Revenue Cycle Inc., Teri Bedard advises and leads clients in the areas of billing and reimbursement for technology, monitoring government regulatory information and seeking new business opportunities. Her work with longstanding clients performing interim management, electronic medical record conversions and operational consulting, benefits her nationwide client base. Teri has served as a senior and Staff Radiation Therapist at renowned oncology practices across the Midwest and during her tenure with Revenue Cycle Inc., has served as a Senior Consultant and Remote Solutions Manager. Ms. Bedard’s vast clinical knowledge brings a valued level of expertise when determining reimbursement trends for technologies in the modern cancer center. Her dedication to research assists both providers and corporate clients in determining how the changes in healthcare will affect oncology practices nationwide.
Teri earned her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Northern Iowa and continued her education with a Certificate of Radiography from the Mayo School for Health Related Sciences in Rochester, Minnesota. She also attained a Certificate of Radiation Therapy from the Fairview University Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Teri's active in educational programs for ASRT, SROA, AAPC and AAMD, often speaking at local, state and national levels. Teri is committed to the research and development of compliance-based best practice models for oncology practices. Teri is an active member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT), The Society for Radiation Oncology Administrators (SROA) and also a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). She earned her certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through AAPC.
As Director of Oncology Business Operations for Revenue Cycle Inc., Matt brings 13 years' experience in the oncology field. Matt performs business operations financial assessments, operational assessments and corrective actions for his clients as well as provides documentation, billing and compliance reviews to radiation oncology clients nationwide. Matt's strengths include research, process improvements, revenue cycle analysis, medical record implementation and interim management services. Matt has been involved in projects including consolidation of multiple business offices into one CBO, feasibility studies, ROI and Net Present Value proforma and operational improvements for clients.
Matt is active in the ASRT and SROA and has spoken at local, state and national levels. He is certified in both radiologic technology and radiation therapy.
Matt received his bachelor's degree in radiation therapy from Arkansas State University and earned his master's degree in business administration from Webster University in Little Rock, Arkansas.
With nine years of experience in radiation oncology—five as a Lead Radiation Therapist—Jennifer serves as the Lead Consultant for our Remote Solutions team at Revenue Cycle Inc.
While adept at management and administrative efficiency, Jennifer is driven by the desire to provide quality clinical care while responding compassionately to patients' unique needs. Her therapy skills include knowledge of the Varian 21 IX with OBI and CBCT for treatment and the Phillips CT scanner for patient simulation. She is also experienced with Elekta, Siemens and Tomotherapy treatment machines as well as Impac software.
Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in radiation therapy from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and has an Associate of Science degree in radiography from Indiana University Northwest. Adam joins Revenue Cycle Inc. as an Oncology Consultant with over 19 years in the Radiation Oncology field. As a member of the team, Adam provides consulting services to radiation oncology clients nationwide. Adams multiple strengths include attention to detail, documentation and billing compliance reviews, departmental process assessments and education for oncology practices.
Prior to joining Revenue Cycle Inc., Adam worked as a Medical Dosimetrist and Radiation Therapist in many well respected cancer centers. Throughout his career, Adam has served in operational positions in Radiation Oncology managing and overseeing the operations of the cancer center(s) and staff, the radiology department and the implementation and purchasing of new products and technology.
Adam earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma, furthering his education with a Certificate of Medical Dosimetry. Adam is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists and American Association of Medical Dosimetrists.
With more than 22 years of clinical experience as a radiation therapist, Jennifer specializes in charting, assessments and documentation for Revenue Cycle Inc. clients.
As part of the Consulting Team, Jennifer reviews coding, charge capture, documentation and claims submission for accuracy and compliance. She brings hands-on experience to her client work, with proficiency in a range of oncology technology and techniques. Jennifer supports clients with processes and procedures that ensure optimum reimbursement for services performed while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
A native Texan, Jennifer has cultivated her career at Central Texas oncology cancer centers and hospitals, beginning as a staff radiation therapist and advancing to the role of chief therapist.
Jennifer received her bachelor of arts in management of health careers from Ottawa University in Kansas, a certificate in radiation therapy from Baylor University Medical Center and an associate degree in applied science radiologic technology from McLennan Community College. Her licensing includes radiology/therapy by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, certified medical radiologic technologist by the Texas Department of Health and healthcare provider BLS/CPR/AED by the American Heart Association.
Teresa Allred DeLeon
Teresa brings to Revenue Cycle Inc. more than 24 years of experience in the radiation oncology field. As a Remote Solutions Consultant, Teresa is heavily involved in the real-time review of documentation, charge capture, correct coding and accurate claim submissions. As part of the Remote Solutions Team, she provides off-site chart reviews, education and training and makes recommendations to ensure compliance.
Prior to joining the Revenue Cycle Inc. team, Teresa served as a Dosimetrist, Chief Radiation Therapist, Lead Therapist and Staff Therapist. Her strengths include attention to detail and the ability to understand the challenges a radiation therapy department faces while providing clients with achievable solutions. Having been instrumental in developing process flows within her own departments, Teresa understands the difficulties of providing superior patient care while ensuring compliance to payor guidelines and regulations.
Teresa earned her degree in Radiologic Science from McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas. She furthered her education in the Radiation Therapy Program at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). An energetic, efficient caregiver, Trina prides herself on bringing optimism to any environment. Her expertise ranges from radiation billing codes and guidelines for simulation, dosimetry and treatments to familiarity with the latest technology and equipment—knowledge she shares with physicians and their staff as a Revenue Cycle Inc. consultant.

Trina began her career more than 25 years ago. She has held positions as an x-ray technologist, radiation therapist, and medical dosimetrist. She has served on the advisory and leadership council for US Oncology, and most recently held positions with Texas Oncology as Chief Radiation Therapist/Dosimetrist at a cancer center in Austin and San Marcos. She was also a clinical educator in radiation therapy for Texas State University for 15 years. In addition to working as a Client Resource Manager, she is the Virtual Simulation Education program manager for Texas State University. As a Program Development Faculty member, she is currently working on a project to develop teaching tools to implement a virtual linac “flight simulator” into the radiation therapy program’s curriculum.
Trina's professional memberships and certifications include the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board, and the Texas Department of Health. She studied radiation therapy at Washburn University and radiography at Labette Community College.
As a member of Revenue Cycle Inc.’s Consulting Team, Rebecca applies her experience as a radiation therapist to ensure accuracy when reviewing clients’ documentation, charge capture, coding and claim submissions for accuracy and compliance.
Rebecca began her career as a radiation therapist at an Indiana cancer center. She was soon promoted, and as manager/lead radiation therapist she oversaw all aspects of the center, creating care plans that coordinated dosimetry, physics, medical oncology, nursing staff, therapists and other physicians. Rebecca’s repertoire includes employee management and development, budgeting, workload and productivity forecasts and equipment and software purchasing. She shares that expertise with our clients and advises them on correct and appropriate use of diagnosis codes and CPT® codes for radiation oncology charge capture and auditing plus documentation requirements per regulatory guidelines.
Rebecca graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor of science in radiation therapy. She is a licensed radiation therapist, is certified by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists and is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists.
Jeremy has a knack for approaching challenges from all angles. Throughout his career as a healthcare revenue cycle consultant, he has proven to be an innovative problem-solver for financial and operational issues, reducing costs and errors, eliminating inefficiencies and increasing revenue.
Well-versed in all aspects of revenue cycle analysis, Jeremy works with Revenue Cycle Inc. clients on revenue cycle workflow, analyzing claims data and making sure reimbursement is optimized. He’s also skilled in compliance, advising clients and conducting reviews that keep them on track and in line with federal and state regulations.
Jeremy’s expertise includes a range of billing and coding software, charge master review, medical billing forms and reimbursement from all forms of payers. He’s as comfortable managing others as he is working independently, having trained and supervised accounting staff. At Revenue Cycle Inc., he conducts webinars and on-site education sessions to keep clients up to date.
Prior to joining Revenue Cycle Inc., Jeremy worked as a revenue cycle consultant both as a sole practitioner and at large firms, where he managed staff, streamlined processes, increased revenue, and reduced days needed for billing and average days from invoice.
Jeremy has also been an Executive Revenue Cycle Director for a four hospital health system where he developed standardized full revenue cycle processes and implemented the corporate standard for new facilities and acquisitions.
Before his carrier in healthcare, Jeremy was a licensed series 7&63 Broker/Trader and attended the University of Washington.
Pamela is a registered oncology nurse with more than 10 years’ practical experience in hospital and outpatient oncology environments. She is a chemotherapy and biotherapy certified nurse with experience in Nucleus inventory management, formatting regimens in ARIA, CPOE, MU, PQRS, CQMs, E-Rx, Equicare Patient Portal, Centricity, G4 and electronic signature pads. She is also an EMR specialist, with more than seven years of experience in Varian’s ARIA, both RO and MO. She is well-versed in Unlimited Systems, Sure Scripts, Camtasia, Citrix XenApp, Visio, and Go-Live implementations of several Aria processes and versions.
With her solid background in nursing and EMR plus great working relationships with industry vendors, Pamela excels at helping facilities navigate challenges such as Meaningful Use. She has provided expert technical support to hospitals across the nation, ensuring smooth transitions in migrating to EMR and redefining existing workflow to work within it.
Before joining Revenue Cycle Inc., Pamela held positions in Wyoming and Tennessee as a medical oncology nurse and CNA, chemotherapy infusion nurse, travel chemo nurse and EMR application specialist.
Pamela received her bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center-Scottsbluff and an associate degree in interdisciplinary studies from Eastern Wyoming College-Torrington. She is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society, American Nurse Association and the Wyoming Nurse Association.
As a Consultant, Scott provides comprehensive oncology consulting services including documentation compliance reviews, process improvements and assistance with electronic medical record implementation to clients nationwide. Scott's strengths include medical record reviews and education and helping oncology practices meet compliance goals.
Certified in radiation therapy and radiography, Scott Plemmons brings over 20 years' experience in oncology to Revenue Cycle Inc.'s clients. Scott completed his education in radiography at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and earned his Certificate in Radiation Therapy from the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor. Gigi joins Revenue Cycle Inc. with over 20 years of experience in the field of medical oncology. Throughout her career, Gigi has served in operational positions in medical oncology managing and overseeing the operations of the infusion center and staff, the research department and the negotiation and purchasing of pharmaceuticals.
As a Consultant for Revenue Cycle Inc., Gigi provides comprehensive oncology consulting services including operational assessments, compliance reviews, staffing assessments, medical record reviews and education to medical oncology practices in the facility and non-facility settings nationwide.
Gigi is an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and is certified through the AAPC as a Certified Hematology Oncology Coder. She is also active in the Oncology Nursing Society, American Society of Clinical Oncology, National Comprehensive Cancer Network and the American Academy of Professional Coders. Gigi received her registered nurse degree from Rose State College in Oklahoma and her marketing and computer technology completion certificate from Oklahoma City College.
After a successful career working on the clinical side of radiation oncology, Katie shifted her focus to helping oncology healthcare providers operate more efficiently and profitably.
Katie consults with RCI clients on documentation, coding and billing. With the benefit of her clinical background, clients are assured they will receive optimum reimbursement that is compliant with federal and state regulations. Katie also provides audit and site visit reports.
Prior to joining RCI, Katie was the radiation oncology manager for a cancer center, where she planned and directed staff to facilitate patient treatment, managed budgets, and worked with her team to develop and ensure proper charge capture for both professional and hospital billing. She moved into that management position from a clinical one—lead radiation therapist. She is experienced with Varian True Beam, Varian 2100ix with OBI and Rapid Arc, and IGRT using 2D/2D match and CBCT.
Katie graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine with a bachelor of science degree in radiation therapy. She is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists.
A member of Revenue Cycle Inc.’s Consulting Team, Brandon applies his experience as a radiation therapist to ensure accuracy in clients’ documentation, charge capture, coding, compliance and claim submissions.
Brandon’s background includes work with linear accelerators, CT simulators and standard simulators as well as IGRT, IMRT and EMR systems including MOSAIQ and EPIC. He is proficient with equipment and technology including Siemens Oncor, Tomotherapy; Varian 2100C; Nucletron HDR; Elekta MLC; Philips Big Bore CT including Tumor Loc, Lap Laser and 4DCT; BRT BodyFix System; and ORFIT Mask System-Faceless, Hybrid, and Standard.
Procedures and techniques in which he excels include brain, acoustic schwannoma, and arteriovenous malformation SRS/SRT; total body irradiation; Mammosite, Contura, Savi, endobronchial brachytherapy, GYN cylinder and T&O brachytherapy; and IGRT/IMRT.
Brandon received his bachelor of science degree in radiation therapy from Indiana University’s School of Medicine-Radiation Therapy Program. He is fluent in Spanish and CPR/BLS, ARRT (T) certified.
Emma has 13 years of experience as radiation therapist, both as a lead therapist and a clinical supervisor for radiation therapy students. Her clinical background combined with her knack for training enable her to keep clients’ practices up-to-date, running smoothly and meeting revenue and compliance goals.
Accuracy and efficiency are Emma’s standard when reviewing clients’ coding, charge capture, documentation and claims submission. She works toward optimum reimbursement while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Emma most recently served as the lead/staff therapist for a large cancer center, where she managed the department, patient flow, schedules and records. She was also in charge of training radiation therapy students. Her experience includes work with Varian linear accelerators, GE simulators, CMS planning systems, and MOSAIQ and ARIA electronic medical records.
Emma received her associate of science, radiation therapy degree from Florida Community College of Jacksonville and her associate of science, radiography degree from Santa Fe Community College of Gainesville. She was honored in Who’s Who of Executive Women in July 2008 and is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT).
Linda's experience in oncology ranges from clinical to operational and financial. Her expertise, refined throughout two decades working in the field, includes billing and coding, compliance, policy and procedure development, training and management.
Linda's forte is making office operations and employees their most efficient. She consults with Revenue Cycle Inc.'s clients to review front and back office processes including staffing, patient intake, financial counseling, insurance and charge entry as well as claim submission, cash posting, accounts receivable, patient services and collections. She reviews and trains clients in medical oncology and infusion billing, coding and compliance, making sure that record and verify systems are used to their full potential.
Linda brings years of experience to Revenue Cycle Inc. as a former Regional Business Manager for a large oncology practice. Her background includes the supervision of a 22-site service region comprised of 150 physicians and 3 geographical CBOs. Among Linda's top achievements is the implementation of business office policies and procedures that decreased accounts receivable timeframes, decreased bad debt expense, increased bad debt recoveries, reduced error rates for charges and increased gross revenue.
In addition, Linda is experienced in managing hospital billing and account receivables and proficient in charge master (CDM) set-up and management. She understands the denial management process, identifies payer challenges, performs root cause analysis and interprets and ensures compliance guidelines are followed according to federal regulations. Her expertise also includes providing research on new services lines to assign the appropriate codes, assisting with pricing services competitively in the geographical market, reviewing drugs for billing multipliers and validating that the correct financial and statistical data is feeding into the accounting system.
Linda is a Certified Hematology Oncology Coder (CHONC), certified with AAPC as ICD-10 proficient and received a Registered Medical Assistant degree from Amherst Career Center. She has also completed a number of courses, including medical/radiation/surgery coding, billing and coding integrity, management, finance, practice quality and efficiency and Six Sigma/DAMIC. With a career that spans two continents, Pelin has solid experience in finance, accounting and technology.
Pelin applies her wide-ranging skills across all companies. She supports Revenue Cycle Inc.’s corporate consulting division with client pro formas, financial modeling and financial and investment analyses. For The Oncology Group, she conducts market research and analysis and builds cancer center financial modeling. She supports RC Billing with advanced client profitability analyses, including assessment of Time Clock time tracking software. She also provides financial modeling and analytical support to Infinity Oncology, including cancer center pro formas and valuation analyses.
While living in Istanbul, Turkey, Pelin worked as a senior portfolio manager and an investment consultant at companies such as Citibank, where she managed an $11 million portfolio of stocks, treasury bonds, derivatives, structured products, dual currency and foreign exchange transactions on domestic and international markets.
Her experience also includes asset valuation, business valuations, risk evaluation, 10K and stock valuation and industry analyses.
Pelin has a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Kocaeli University in Kocaeli, Turkey, an MBA/capital markets and finance from Bahcesehir University in Istanbul and a certificate degree with distinction from the University of California, Berkeley, in accounting for financial and business analysts.

Mark brings to Revenue Cycle Inc., RC Billing, The Oncology Group and Infinity Oncology a background that combines more than a decade of corporate, entrepreneurial and community service experience. His expertise includes small business ownership; project management; financial planning and analysis; accounting and operations; administrative and office management; recruiting and human resources; and nonprofit startup.
Before joining Revenue Cycle Inc., Mark was a consultant and owner of MAB Consulting, which provided financial and business consulting services to small to mid-sized companies. Services included expense analysis and management, AP/AR, accounting statements, budgeting, forecasting, and growth planning and management.
He was a financial planning and analysis manager for Newell Rubbermaid, responsible for the company's financial planning, analysis, reporting & budgeting functions, and served as director of finance/controller for Bone Bank Allografts, a $5 million medical services company.
Mark's career also includes managerial and director positions at The Limited, Inc, Western Auto and Hallmark Cards.
A significant part of Mark's experience includes community service. Mark created a new nonprofit, Homeless, Inc., dedicated to helping the homeless obtain employment. As executive director, he led efforts that included comprehensive career and life planning; job and skill training; case management; client counseling and advocacy; and job searching, placement and retention. At the Junior Chamber of Commerce in Kansas City, Missouri, Mark held a variety of leadership positions including chairman of the board, president, vice president, and treasurer.
Mark graduated with highest honors with bachelor's degree in business administration in 1998 from the University of Memphis. He received his MBA from The University of Texas at Austin in 1990.
Mike serves as Corporate Office Manager and acts as senior executive liaison for Revenue Cycle Inc. and its affiliated companies: The Oncology Group, Revenue Cycle Billing and Infinity Oncology. He is responsible for coordinating business operations and providing superior client service and executive support. Mike manages the corporate office facility and its environment. He is in charge of the client management system and the creation of monthly reports and company documents through research, writing and editing. Mike also acts as a lead in regard to shipping and receiving, office administration, security, document destruction and vendor negotiations.
Before joining Revenue Cycle Inc., Mike worked as a marketing and administrative coordinator for a financial firm. In that role, he successfully organized client events and marketing campaigns, and created company handbooks and brochures. Mike also maintained the company’s client database and oversaw FINRA compliance. His other duties included IT support and office management.
Mike graduated with honors from Southern Illinois University, where he majored in Mass Communications and Media Arts and minored in Sociology.
With more than a decade of experience, Jennifer is well-versed in all aspects of accounting and finance. In her role at Revenue Cycle Inc. and associated companies, she manages the day-to-day activities of the accounting department, including budget and financial statement preparation, audit assistance, client invoicing, and contracts.
Prior to joining Revenue Cycle Inc., Jennifer served as staff accountant at an Austin-based CPA firm. Her client work included defense contractor accounting, labor allocations, and cash flow and contract management. Her career experience also includes accountant, controller and financial analyst positions at a number of Austin and Central Texas-area companies including a firm specializing in management training and consulting as well as a tax, accounting and business consulting practice.
Jennifer’s digital aptitude is strong, with an impressive working knowledge of more than 15 types of accounting and project management software. Streamlining clients’ accounting operations for optimum efficiency is her specialty.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Phoenix with both a bachelor of science in accounting and a master of science in accounting. She is actively pursuing her CPA.
Jana works in all aspects of day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, on-boarding, training, HR services and HRIS administration for Revenue Cycle Inc., RC Billing, The Oncology Group and Infinity Oncology.
Jana’s career experience in office administration, human resources and healthcare spans 20 years. As a branch coordinator for a specialty home healthcare services provider, she served as the go-to contact for personnel inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, employee benefits and other HR issues. As a human resources helpline representative, she provided her company’s staff and executives expert direction and support in LOA, FMLA, STD, ADA, CFRA, CaPFL, PDL, performance management and compliance.
In addition to experience managing all accounting tasks for budgets topping $1,000,000, Jana has creative talent, as well. One of her most notable accomplishments is the creation of a monthly newsletter distributed by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services.
Prior to joining Revenue Cycle Inc. and its affiliated companies, Jana served as the executive assistant to the president of an Austin-area university. A member of the executive leadership team, she managed accounting, HR, student affairs and vendor issues.
Jana graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor of arts degree in studio art. She is HIPAA and SOX certified.
Catherine Aline DiGiaimo
Catherine has a talent for building organizations, having created the financial division of both Revenue Cycle Inc. and RC Billing from scratch. Catherine is an active managing director and co-founder of Revenue Cycle Inc. and RC Billing, and created the human resource divisions for Revenue Cycle Inc., RC Billing, The Oncology Group and Infinity Oncology. Catherine currently serves as director of accounting and finance for all companies.
With a clinical background in patient treatments, simulations, and day-to-day operations of cancer centers, she has held operational positions in management and has served as a staff therapist.
Catherine attended The University of Texas School of Business. She also attended the University of Cincinnati Raymond Walters College Radiation Therapy Program. Catherine has been a registered radiation therapist since 1995. She is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
As the IT supervisor for Revenue Cycle Inc., RC Billing, The Oncology Group and Infinity Oncology, Ron keeps the technological aspects of the offices running like clockwork. In addition to managing the efficient function of computers, servers and network infrastructure, Ron keeps the staff current with the most up-to-date software. His skills include graphic design, image manipulation and video editing. Ron also writes financial reports for RC Billing clients.
Ron is certified in CCNA Security, but with 15 years of experience working on computers has found himself to be his own best teacher.
The right side of Ron's brain is as powerful as his left, evident from his creative pursuits. He is a photographer, artist, musician and loves films and games of all kinds.
Mary serves as Director of Marketing for Revenue Cycle Inc. and its affiliated companies: The Oncology Group, Revenue Cycle Billing and Infinity Oncology. In this role Mary is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy, messaging and branding in addition to event marketing. She built and leads the marketing team, overseeing all aspects of marketing including online marketing, collateral, social media, events and the department budget.
Gaining maximum exposure of all four companies to best reach and serve oncology physicians, clinical staff, facilities, and other oncology-related entities is the goal that guides Mary and her team's efforts. Always creating ways to ensure that her companies stand out among competitors, Mary builds programs using media that range from print to digital to event marketing.
Mary graduated from Concordia University in Austin, Texas with a bachelor of arts in elementary education and a minor in English.
An accomplished creative director and graphic designer, Joel manages marketing strategy and execution for Revenue Cycle Inc., The Oncology Group, Revenue Cycle Billing, and Infinity Oncology. He assists with the design and production of the companies’ websites as well as brochures, e-blasts and all other collateral. At the top of his priorities, however, is client service. Joel works closely with clients as well as attendees of Revenue Cycle Inc.’s year-round seminars, webinars and special events and ensures that the companies’ online Client Resource Center is up to date and working at peak performance.
Joel’s design portfolio features an impressive range of work, from logos and identities to websites, wayfinding systems, books, and environmental projects. Prior to joining the Revenue Cycle Inc. team, Joel served as creative director of a consumer product company. Responsible for the overall look and feel of the brand, he directed everything from branding, graphic design and photography to advertising and marketing collateral. Under his watch, the company’s visibility increased sixfold.
Joel graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor of arts degree in applied arts and sciences and an associate of arts degree in graphic design from San Diego City College.
Sue oversees all aspects of human resources including recruitment, payroll and benefits for Revenue Cycle Inc., RC Billing, The Oncology Group and Infinity Oncology.
With more than 20 years of HR management and leadership experience, Sue is well-versed in healthcare as well as the financial and software development industries. Her forte is problem-solving: present a challenge and Sue will respond with an expert, practical solution. A hands-on leader, she inspires team performance and excels in employee training and development.
Sue’s expertise includes developing HR and payroll programs and procedures for compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. She advises both executives and employees on interpretation and application of policies, provides technical expertise on management-related issues and develops staffing plans, budgets and training programs.
Most recently, Sue served as HR/Payroll Manager at an Austin-area firm providing staffing, employee placement and government services to clients throughout the U.S.
Sue graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in English and speech from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)/HR Certification Institute and a certified Payroll Professional, American Payroll Association. She is also a Human Resource Business Partner, UT Professional Development Designation.
