Ron DiGiaimo, MBA, BSHA

Ron DiGiaimo leads Revenue Cycle Inc. with more than 19 years experience in clinical, mid-level and executive level management, clinical experience, and a solid financial management background. He is also a proven strategist in practice building, coding and documentation for both Part A and Part B reimbursement, and has broad experience with marketing, operations, development, and public relations.

Ron is active with ACRO, ASTRO, SROA, ACCC, ACE, AAMD, ASCO, ACHE and several other such groups designed to forward the cause of oncology. He currently assists with the publication of the American College of Radiation Oncology Practice Management Guide, which serves to educate all National Medical Directors from Medicare to commercial insurers as well as the oncology community.

Having earned an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University, and a Bachelors in Health Administration from Weber State University, he is also a past Radiation Therapist, having trained at the Allen Shivers Radiation Therapy School in Austin, Texas, and has an Associates Degree of Radiography from MCC in Waco, Texas.

Perhaps most importantly, Ron prides himself on strong ethics and integrity. He recognizes that physicians and hospital administrators are the "drivers" of the business models and he continues to grow the Revenue Cycle Inc. companies to be facilitators in helping clients to reach their desired goals.

Sally Eggleston, MBA, BSRT (T)

As Director of Business Development for Revenue Cycle Inc. and President of RC Billing, Sally Eggleston is actively involved in working with companies that manufacture various pieces of oncology specific treatment equipment and with billing clients across the nation. Sally's Business Development team functions as a resource for companies that have a need for oncology reimbursement information, customer resources centers and/or strategic mapping for new technologies.

Sally participates in national seminars in conjunction with the American College of Radiation Oncology and has been a featured speaker at ACE, ASRT, AAMD, SROA, The Society of Thermal Medicine, The International Stereotactic Radiosurgery Society and the APC Payment Insider.

Sally began her career as a radiation therapist at the first freestanding cancer center in Oklahoma. Since then, she served as the Vice President of Operations for a national billing and consulting company, where she was responsible for billing operations, cancer center development, consulting, compliance and coding audits.

Transitioning to an academic career, she became a professor at the College of Allied Health and the University of Oklahoma where she served as the Clinical Coordinator and Assistant Professor for the College of Allied Health Radiation Therapy Program. Sally's earlier academic pedigree includes a bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology from the University of Oklahoma, College of Allied Health and a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis on Leadership from Oklahoma Christian University.

Kelli Weiss, R.T. (R)(T)

As Director of Consulting for Revenue Cycle Inc., Kelli provides leadership to a team of Consultants in presenting Oncology practices nationwide with solutions and improvement opportunities for obtaining compliance and operational goals. Providing comprehensive oncology consulting services to clients, Kelli is recognized as an industry expert. She coordinates and provides operational assessments, compliance reviews, staffing assessments, electronic medical record evaluations and implementation, medical record reviews and interim management services for Oncology practices throughout the U.S. Kelli's multiple strengths include attention to detail, streamlining processes and focus on compliance. Her professionalism and communication skills are beneficial for integrating training and process improvements for physician office and hospital-based cancer centers.

Kelli brings 15 years of experience in the oncology field. Prior to joining Revenue Cycle Inc. in 2003, she served in operational positions in Management, Chief Therapist, Dosimetrist as well as Radiographer. Kelli is active in numerous organizations dedicated to the progression of healthcare, healthcare careers, technology and advancements in Oncology. She lectures and participates at national and local seminars in conjunction with the American College of Radiation Oncology, the ASRT, AAMD and SROA.

Kelli earned her degree in Radiologic Sciences from McLennan Community College in Waco, TX and furthered her education in Radiation Therapy at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX.
