Teresa Allred, R.T. (R)(T)
Teresa brings to Revenue Cycle Inc. more than 20 years of experience in the radiation oncology field. As a Remote Solutions Consultant, Teresa is heavily involved in the real-time review of documentation, charge capture, correct coding and accurate claim submissions. As part of the Remote Solutions Team, she provides Prior to joining the Revenue Cycle Inc. team, Teresa served as a Dosimetrist, Chief Radiation Therapist, Lead Therapist and Staff Therapist. Her strengths include attention to detail and the ability to understand the challenges a radiation therapy department faces while providing clients with achievable solutions. Having been instrumental in developing process flows within her own departments, Teresa understands the difficulties of providing superior patient care while ensuring compliance to payer guidelines and regulations. |

Teri Bedard, B.A., R.T. (R)(T), CPC
As Remote Solutions Manager, Teri provides 13 years of experience in the radiation oncology field. During her career, Teri has served as a Senior and Staff Therapist at renowned oncology practices across the Midwest. As a member of the Revenue Cycle Inc. team, she provides comprehensive oncology consulting services to clients nationwide. Teri's strengths include attention to detail, documentation and billing compliance reviews, departmental process assessments and education for oncology practices. Teri's work with longstanding clients performing interim management, electronic medical record conversions and consulting services via remote access prove beneficial to her nationwide client base. Teri earned her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Northern Iowa and continued her education with a Certificate of Radiography from the Mayo School for Health Related Sciences in Rochester, Minnesota. She also attained a Certificate of Radiation Therapy from the Fairview University Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Teri is active in educational programs for ASRT, SROA and AAMD, often speaking at local, state and national levels. Teri is committed to the research and development of compliance-based best practice models for oncology practices. Teri is an active member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) and also a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). |

Adam Brown, BSRT (T), CMD
Adam joins Revenue Cycle Inc. as a Consultant with more than 15 years in the radiation oncology field. As a member of the team, Adam provides consulting services to radiation oncology clients nationwide. Adam's expertise includes documentation and billing compliance reviews, departmental process assessments and education for oncology practices. Prior to joining Revenue Cycle Inc., Adam worked as a medical dosimetrist and radiation therapist in many Adam earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma, furthering his education with a Certificate of Medical Dosimetry. Adam is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists and American Association of Medical Dosimetrists. |

Stephanie Fowler
As a Consultant, Stephanie brings 16 years of experience in the business office field. During her career, Stephanie has served as oncology manager for a large oncology-specific practice consisting of 40 physicians and 15 nurse practitioners. In this role, she managed 35 direct reports and oversaw staff development, process improvement, compliance and training with a focus on promoting efficiency. Stephanie provides comprehensive consulting services to Revenue Cycle Inc. clients including review of business office processes such as staffing, patient intake, financial counseling, insurance and charge entry, cash posting, accounts receivable, patient services and collections. She also reviews and trains clients in medical oncology, infusion billing, coding and compliance and utilizing oncology-specific electronic medical record systems to their fullest potential. Stephanie is Six Sigma/DAMIC certified. |

Candy Luna
Candy joined Revenue Cycle Inc. with 35 years' experience in medical billing, 28 of which were in a management role. As the Corporate Office Manager and a Consultant, Candy provides operational business office assessments including coding, policy and procedure development, human resource management and revenue cycle reviews. Candy's strengths include attention to detail, staffing and process efficiencies, business office improvements, documentation and compliance reviews which benefit clients throughout the U.S. Candy has served as a past officer for the Texas Society of Medical Assistants at both the local and state levels. Serving as Chairman of the Finance Committee to that organization, she was in charge of accounts and fundraising events. During her career, Candy has served as a Compliance Officer, responsible for HIPAA and compliance training. She has also served as an OSHA Officer, implementing a regulated program to include development of health hazard guidelines. |

Ashley Miller, CPC, CHONC, CPPM
As a Consultant, Ashley brings more than eight years' experience in the medical field, including medical and radiation oncology. In her role as a Consultant for Revenue Cycle Inc., she is involved in the review of documentation, charge capture, correct coding and accurate claim submissions and is able to provide on and off-site medical record reviews, education and training to ensure compliance. Ashley is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), a Certified Hematology Oncology Coder (CHONC) and a Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM). Ashley specializes in evaluation and management education for physicians, medical record reviews, oncology billing process reviews and conducts billing and coding seminars as well as on-site and webinar training for physicians, clinical staff and business office personnel at hospitals and freestanding cancer centers. Ashley also participates in local, regional and national speaking engagements regarding functions of Revenue Cycle Inc. and RC Billing, including abstract preparations and submissions. Ashley earned both of her certifications in coding through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). |

As a Consultant for Revenue Cycle Inc., Brandi coordinates and performs audits, conducts reimbursement training for hospitals and cancer centers and assists in leading national billing and coding seminars. With an extensive clinical background, Brandi acts as a resource for radiation oncology clients nationwide, providing information regarding compliance, documentation and coding, projected lost or possible gained revenues and fee schedule analysis. Brandi's expertise includes four years' experience in radiation oncology. As a former Lead Therapist, she has a strong background in clinical patient treatment. Brandi earned her degree at Amarillo College and is a member of American Society of Radiologic Technologists and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. |

Certified in radiation therapy and radiography, Scott Plemmons brings more than 17 years' experience in oncology to Revenue Cycle Inc.'s clients. Scott completed his education in radiography at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and earned his Certificate in Radiation Therapy from the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor. Prior to joining the consulting team with Revenue Cycle Inc. in 2005, Scott served in operational positions in management and as a staff therapist. |

Georgina 'Gigi' Price, R.N., OCN, CHONC
Gigi joins Revenue Cycle Inc. with over 20 years of experience in the field of medical oncology. Throughout her career, Gigi has served in operational positions in medical oncology managing and overseeing the operations of the infusion center and staff, the research department and the negotiation and purchasing of pharmaceuticals. As a Consultant for Revenue Cycle Inc., Gigi provides comprehensive oncology consulting services including operational assessments, compliance reviews, staffing assessments, medical record reviews and education to medical oncology practices in the facility and non-facility settings nationwide. Gigi is an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and is certified through the AAPC as a Certified Hematology Oncology Coder. She is also active in the Oncology Nursing Society, American Society of Clinical Oncology, National Comprehensive Cancer Network and the American Academy of Professional Coders. Gigi received her registered nurse degree from Rose State College in Oklahoma and her marketing and computer technology completion certificate from Oklahoma City College. |

Stephania Rodriguez
Stephania has more than 15 years of medical field experience, including radiation oncology and healthcare management in a hospital setting. Her strong clerical and billing background as well as expertise in documentation and coding for both Part A and Part B reimbursement have enabled her to successfully integrate training for physicians, clinical staff, and business office personnel at hospitals as well as freestanding cancer centers. As a Consultant at Revenue Cycle Inc., Stephania conducts operational assessments in order to implement new processes for efficient, accurate, and comprehensive radiation oncology practices. She also evaluates and develops policy and procedure documentation per department specifics and develops and implements comprehensive billing compliance programs per OIG guidelines. Stephania provides client feedback regarding compliance, documentation and coding, projected lost or possible gained revenues, and fee schedule analysis and identifies opportunities for increased revenue based on procedural processes and staffing levels. Trena Taylor, B.A., R.T. (R)(T), CPC-A
Trena joins Revenue Cycle Inc. as a Consultant bringing more than 14 years of experience in radiation oncology and radiography. She began her career graduating with a Certificate of Radiography from Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana. Continuing her education immediately after graduating in radiography, she graduated with an associate degree in Radiation Therapy from Ball State University, Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. Most recently, Trena completed a bachelor degree program in Health Care Management from Ottawa University in Ottawa, Kansas. Trena is a Certified Professional Coder Apprentice (CPC-A) and a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. Trena is a highly analytical radiation therapy professional with a strong clinical background as a senior staff therapist. Prior to joining Revenue Cycle Inc., Trena held leadership roles in charge review, code capture and compliance, as well as developing, implementing and maintaining dynamic documents within the electronic medical record and departmental policies and procedures. As part of the Remote Solutions Team, Trena applies her clinical expertise as well as her vast knowledge of the billing process in conducting real-time review of documentation, charge capture, correct coding, accurate claim submissions, off-site chart reviews, compliance, education and training. |

Regan Tierney B.S., CMD
With eight years of radiation oncology clinical experience and a strong clinical patient treatment background, Regan has worked as a Certified Medical Dosimetrist in both academic and freestanding facilities. Regan has performed research in a radiation and cancer biology department and has contributed to multiple publications in both clinical and research settings. In her role as a Revenue Cycle Inc. Consultant, she assists with the coordination and performance of audits and with operational assessments in order to implement new processes that ensure efficient, accurate and comprehensive practices in radiation oncology. Regan also provides client feedback regarding compliance, documentation and coding, projected lost or possible gained revenues and fee schedule analysis. Linda Yeager, CHONC
Linda's experience in oncology ranges from clinical to operational and financial. Her expertise, refined throughout two decades working in the field, includes billing and coding, compliance, policy and procedure development, training and management. Linda's forte is making office operations and employees their most efficient. She consults with Revenue Cycle Inc.'s clients to review front and back office processes including staffing, patient intake, financial counseling, insurance and charge entry as well as claim submission, cash posting, accounts receivable, patient services and collections. She reviews and trains clients in medical oncology and infusion billing, coding and compliance, making sure that record and verify systems are used to their full potential. Linda brings years of experience to Revenue Cycle Inc. as a former Regional Business Manager for a large oncology practice. Her background includes the supervision of a 22-site service region comprised of 150 physicians and 3 geographical CBOs. Among Linda's top achievements is the implementation of business office policies and procedures that decreased accounts receivable timeframes, decreased bad debt expense, increased bad debt recoveries, reduced error rates for charges and increased gross revenue. Linda is a Certified Hematology Oncology Coder (CHONC) and received a Registered Medical Assistant degree from Amherst Career Center. She has also completed a number of courses, including medical/radiation/surgery coding, billing and coding integrity, management, finance, practice quality and efficiency and Six Sigma/DAMIC. She is also licensed as a Non-Certified Radiological Technician by the Texas Board of Medical Examiners. In her spare time, Linda is involved with youth sports, school activities and fundraising for organizations such as the American Cancer Society and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. |

Mark Bowen, Controller
Mark brings to Revenue Cycle Inc., RC Billing, The Oncology Group and Infinity Oncology a background that combines more than a decade of corporate, entrepreneurial and community service experience. His expertise includes small business ownership; project management; financial planning and analysis; accounting and operations; administrative and office management; recruiting and human resources; and nonprofit startup. Before joining Revenue Cycle Inc., Mark was a consultant and owner of MAB Consulting, which provided financial and business consulting services to small to mid-sized companies. Services included expense analysis and management, AP/AR, accounting statements, budgeting, forecasting, and growth planning and management. He was a financial planning and analysis manager for Newell Rubbermaid, responsible for the company's financial planning, analysis, reporting & budgeting functions, and served as director of finance/controller for Bone Bank Allografts, a $5 million medical services company. Mark's career also includes managerial and director positions at The Limited, Inc, Western Auto and Hallmark Cards. A significant part of Mark's experience includes community service. Mark created a new nonprofit, Homeless, Inc., dedicated to helping the homeless obtain employment. As executive director, he led efforts that included comprehensive career and life planning; job and skill training; case management; client counseling and advocacy; and job searching, placement and retention. At the Junior Chamber of Commerce in Kansas City, Missouri, Mark held a variety of leadership positions including chairman of the board, president, vice president, and treasurer. Mark graduated with highest honors with bachelor's degree in business administration in 1998 from the University of Memphis. He received his MBA from The University of Texas at Austin in 1990. |

Mike Brightly, Executive Liaison
Mike serves as Executive Liaison for Revenue Cycle Inc. and its affiliated companies: The Oncology Group, Revenue Cycle Billing and Infinity Oncology. He is responsible for providing superior client service and executive support. Mike assists with facility management and day-to-day operations for all four companies. He is in charge of the client management system and the creation of monthly reports and company documents through research, writing and editing. Before joining Revenue Cycle Inc., Mike worked as a marketing and administrative coordinator for a financial firm. In that role, he successfully organized client events and marketing campaigns, and created company handbooks and brochures. Mike also maintained the company’s client database and oversaw FINRA compliance. His other duties included IT support and office management. Mike graduated with honors from Southern Illinois University, where he majored in Mass Communications and Media Arts and minored in Sociology. |

Catherine Aline DiGiaimo, Director of Accounting
Catherine has a talent for building organizations, having created the financial division of both Revenue Cycle Inc. and RC Billing from scratch. Catherine is an active managing director and co-founder of Revenue Cycle Inc. and RC Billing, and created the human resource divisions for Revenue Cycle Inc., RC Billing, The Oncology Group and Infinity Oncology. Catherine currently serves as director of accounting and finance for all companies. With a clinical background in patient treatments, simulations, and day-to-day operations of cancer centers, she has held operational positions in management and has served as a staff therapist. Catherine attended The University of Texas School of Business. She also attended the University of Cincinnati Raymond Walters College Radiation Therapy Program. Catherine has been a registered radiation therapist since 1995. She is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. |

Ron Goebel, IT Supervisor
As the IT supervisor for Revenue Cycle Inc., RC Billing, The Oncology Group and Infinity Oncology, Ron keeps the technological aspects of the offices running like clockwork. In addition to managing the efficient function of computers, servers and network infrastructure, Ron keeps the staff current with the most up-to-date software. His skills include graphic design, image manipulation and video editing. Ron also writes financial reports for RC Billing clients. Ron is certified in CCNA Security, but with 15 years of experience working on computers has found himself to be his own best teacher. The right side of Ron's brain is as powerful as his left, evident from his creative pursuits. He is a photographer, artist, musician and loves films and games of all kinds. |

Beverly Jackson-Brown, Manager of Human Resources
As manager of human resources, Beverly is responsible for all HR and payroll functions for Revenue Cycle, Inc., RC Billing, The Oncology Group and Infinity Oncology. Beverly brings to Revenue Cycle Inc. more than 24 years of experience in the HR arena. Prior to joining the Revenue Cycle Inc. team, Beverly worked for the state of Texas as well as for nonprofit organizations and private sector companies. Her expertise includes HR administration, management and consulting as well as reporting and multi-state payroll processing. Beverly is also a professional presentation trainer. Beverly's current area of responsibilities at Revenue Cycle Inc. include human resources data management; benefits; compensation; development; employee and labor relations; payroll; payroll conversions and implementations; records; recruitment and staffing; information management and leadership development. Her specialties include creation of employee handbooks and manuals, full-cycle startup, EEOC statistics, minority hiring labor laws, HR HIPAA, OSHA and multi-state workers' compensation. Beverly earned a business management associate's degree from American Intercontinental University. Her coursework also includes human resources and accounting through ICS Degree Studies and Austin Community College, keeping her abreast of changes within the field. |

Heather Lucy Jenkins, Marketing Associate
As Marketing Associate, Heather manages marketing strategy and development for Revenue Cycle Inc., The Oncology Group, RC Billing and Infinity Oncology. Her responsibilities include the design and production of print and digital marketing collateral such as brochures, eblasts, press releases and website content. She also develops and deploys the companies' SEO strategies and social media efforts, including blogs and Facebook pages, and coordinates company seminars and other events. Among her most important responsibilities is client service ‒ Heather provides customer support for clients as well as attendees of Revenue Cycle Inc.'s year-round seminars and webinars. She also maintains the high quality and functionality of the companies' online Client Resource Center. Heather joined Revenue Cycle Inc. after serving as an account executive at an advertising firm in Austin. In that role she served as a liaison between the agency's creative and production teams, vendors and clients, overseeing clients' projects from conception to successful completion. Heather graduated with highest honors from St. Edward's University, Austin, Texas in 2006 with a bachelor of Fine Arts degree and attended Dallas Theological Seminary from 2008-2010. Her close attention to detail and organization is matched by her creativity, expressed through her passion for photography, creating art and music. |

Mary Racino, Director of Marketing
Mary serves as Director of Marketing for Revenue Cycle Inc. and its affiliated companies: The Oncology Group, Revenue Cycle Billing and Infinity Oncology. In this role Mary is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy, messaging and branding in addition to event marketing. She built and leads the marketing team, overseeing all aspects of marketing including online marketing, collateral, social media, events and the department budget. Gaining maximum exposure of all four companies to best reach and serve oncology physicians, clinical staff, facilities, and other oncology-related entities is the goal that guides Mary and her team's efforts. Always creating ways to ensure that her companies stand out among competitors, Mary builds programs using media that range from print to digital to event marketing. Mary graduated from Concordia University in Austin, Texas with a bachelor of arts in elementary education and a minor in English. |
