Ron DiGiaimo, MBA, BSHA, FACHE

As CEO, Ron leads Revenue Cycle Inc. with more than 19 years in clinical, mid-level and executive level management, clinical experience and financial management. He is also a proven strategist in practice building, coding and documentation for both Part A and Part B reimbursement and has broad experience with marketing, operations, development and public relations.

Ron is active with ACRO, ASTRO, SROA, ACCC, ACE, AAMD, ASCO, ACHE and several other groups whose missions forward the cause of oncology. He currently assists with the publication of the American College of Radiation Oncology Practice Management Guide, which serves to educate all National Medical Directors from Medicare to commercial insurers as well as the oncology community.

Ron earned an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University a bachelor of science in health services administration from Weber State University, Utah and an associate's degree in radiography from MCC in Waco, Texas. He is a former Radiation Therapist, having trained at the Allen Shivers Radiation Therapy School in Austin.

Perhaps most importantly, Ron prides himself on strong ethics and integrity. He recognizes that physicians and hospital administrators are drivers of the business models and he continues to grow Revenue Cycle Inc.'s companies so they may facilitate clients reaching their desired goals.

Sally Eggleston, MBA, BSRT (T)

As Vice President of Revenue Cycle Inc., Sally manages the day-to-day operations and is actively involved with national and corporate clients. She participates in national seminars in conjunction with the American College of Radiation Oncology and has been a featured speaker at ACE, ASRT, AAMD, SROA, The Society of Thermal Medicine, The International Stereotactic Radiosurgery Society and the APC Payment Insider.

Sally began her career as a Radiation Therapist at the first freestanding cancer center in Oklahoma. Since then, she served as the Vice President of Operations for a national billing and consulting company, where she was responsible for billing operations, cancer center development, consulting, compliance and coding audits.

Transitioning to an academic career, she became a professor at the College of Allied Health and the University of Oklahoma, where she served as the Clinical Coordinator and Assistant Professor for the College of Allied Health Radiation Therapy Program. Sally's academic achievements include a bachelor's degree in radiologic technology from the University of Oklahoma, College of Allied Health and a master's of business administration with an emphasis on Leadership from Oklahoma Christian University.

Sally's team at Revenue Cycle Inc. functions as a resource for companies that have a need for oncology billing and reimbursement information, customer resources centers and/or strategic mapping for new technologies.

Kelli Weiss, R.T. (R)(T)

As Executive Director, Kelli provides leadership to the Revenue Cycle Inc. divisions that offer comprehensive consulting services to oncology providers, facilities, and corporate vendors nationwide. Recognized as an industry expert, Kelli provides reimbursement information, customer resources, operational assessments, compliance reviews, staffing model evaluation, electronic medical record evaluation and implementation, medical record reviews and interim management services throughout the U.S.

Kelli's strengths include attention to detail, streamlining processes, customer education and focus on compliance. She is proficient at integrating training and process improvements for physician offices and hospital-based cancer centers as well as providing reimbursement advice and strategy for oncology vendors and corporations.

Kelli brings 18 years of experience in the oncology field. Prior to joining Revenue Cycle Inc. in 2003, she served in operational positions in management and as a Chief Therapist, Dosimetrist, and Radiographer. Kelli is active in numerous organizations dedicated to the progression of healthcare, healthcare careers, technology and advancements in oncology. She lectures and participates in national and local seminars in conjunction with the American College of Radiation Oncology, ASRT, AAMD and SROA.

Kelli earned her degree in radiologic sciences from McLennan Community College in Waco and studied radiation therapy at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.

Tamara Syverson, BSRT (T)

As the Director of Consulting for Revenue Cycle Inc., Tamara joins the management team in providing and coordinating comprehensive consulting services to oncology practices nationwide. Assisting clients with large-scale projects involving electronic medical record conversions, as well as billing and documentation compliance, Tamara is recognized as an expert on numerous EMR systems. Her expertise includes workflow assessments, staffing analysis and operational and compliance reviews and education which benefit the development of best practice models for clients throughout the U.S.

With more than 14 years experience in the oncology field, Tamara actively participates in multiple organizations. She lectures at local, state and national levels for the ASRT, SROA and the AAMD. Tamara also provides billing, coding and documentation education at national seminars in conjunction with the American College of Radiation Oncology.

Tamara earned her bachelor's degree in radiation therapy from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. Prior to joining Revenue Cycle Inc., she served in operational positions as Dosimetrist, Lead Therapist and Staff Therapist.

Bridget Krueger, MBA, BSRT (R)(T)

As the Director of Corporate Consulting for Revenue Cycle Inc., Bridget Krueger advises and leads clients in the areas of billing and reimbursement for technology, monitoring government regulatory information and seeking new business opportunities. Her broad healthcare industry experience ranges from administrative to clinical and managerial roles. She’s passionate about learning and understanding all aspects of the reimbursement process and sharing her expertise with her clients and her peers. Bridget enjoys teaching as much as learning and frequently lectures at ASRT and SROA.

Bridget grew up on a farm in a small town in southwest Wisconsin. She learned early the value of hard work and the importance of a job well done. Bridget’s drive and dedication continued at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in radiation therapy and was a four time All-American in track and field.

Bridget began her career as a radiation therapist at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics. While there, she worked in dosimetry and was exposed to various forms of treatment delivery and planning. While at the University of Wisconsin Madison Bridget assisted in research for the publication Pelvic nodal dose escalation with prostate hypofractionation using conformal avoidance defined (H-CAD) intensity modulated radiation therapy.

While working as a dosimetrist Bridget earned a graduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s executive MBA program. She went on to work as a product manager for a radiation technology vendor and participated in the process of their initial public offering. Being involved in different aspects of healthcare and serving in a range of roles has given Bridget an overall appreciation of how vital the reimbursement process is to all facets of the industry.

Matt Terry, MBA, BSRT (R)(T)

As Director of Oncology Business Operations, Matt brings 9 years' experience in the oncology field. Matt provides documentation, billing and compliance reviews to radiation oncology clients nationwide. Matt's strengths include research, process improvements, medical record implementation and interim management services. Matt has been involved in projects including feasibility studies, ROI and Net Present Value proforma and operational improvements for clients.

Matt is active in the ASRT and SROA and has spoken at local, state and national levels. He is certified in both radiologic technology and radiation therapy.

Matt received his bachelor's degree in radiation therapy from Arkansas State University and earned his master's degree in business administration from Webster University in Little Rock, Arkansas.
