Director of Oncology Corporate Consulting – This Director's position will be responsible for the direction and oversight of Vendor Consulting and the Education/Compliance Consulting service lines for RCI. Responsibilities include working closely with vendor clients, large oncology corporations as well as maintaining a strong knowledge base of current compliance, policy and regulatory guidelines affecting the oncology community. Direct reports will include clinical consultants as well as administrative staff. Strategic and collaborative results with other divisions within RCI are expected.

Requirements include: Austin, TX based position, clinical background in Radiation or Medical Oncology or Radiology, strong written and verbal communication skills with client executives and sales staff as well as the ability to foster a team atmosphere within RCI. A strong knowledge of Oncology processes, applicable documentation, CPT® coding as well as Microsoft Office based products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio is necessary. This position requires periodic travel.

Director of Oncology Business Operations – This Director's position will be responsible for the direction and oversight of Oncology Reimbursement and Medical Oncology Consulting service lines for RCI. Responsibilities include overseeing and mentoring consultants and the ability to provide clients assistance and recommendations related to business office procedures and operations. The Director should possess a skill in exercising initiative, judgment, discretion, decision-making and organizational skills to achieve business unit objectives. Skill in identifying problems and providing clients solutions is expected. Direct reports will include reimbursement consultants, clinical consultants as well as administrative staff. Strategic and collaborative results with other divisions within RCI are expected.

Requirements include: Austin, TX based position, extensive Management experience related to oncology business operations, radiation oncology, medical oncology and radiology coding and billing procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, staff as well as the ability to foster a team atmosphere within RCI are expected. Proficiency related to Oncology EMR systems including ARIA and MOSAIQ as well as related billing systems and hospital EHRs, Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio is necessary. This position requires periodic travel.

Remote Solutions Manager – This Manager position will be responsibility for the direction and oversight of Remote Solutions Consultants. Responsibilities include extensive client interaction and consulting work provided both remote and via on-site consulting visits. The position entails consulting work related to preparing clients for remote solution consulting arrangements as well as functioning in the role of Remote Solutions Consultant as necessary to maintain a consistent knowledge of current contracts, quality of remote services and coverage.

Requirements include: Clinical background in Radiation or Medical Oncology, proficiency related to Oncology EMR systems including ARIA and MOSAIQ as well as related billing systems and hospital EHRs. Strong communication skills and ability to foster a team atmosphere within RCI is expected. A strong knowledge of Oncology processes, applicable documentation, CPT® coding as well as Microsoft Office based products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio is necessary. This position will require extensive travel.

Education/Compliance Manager – This Manager position will be responsible for the direction and oversight of Education/Compliance Consultants. Responsibilities include research, education and dissemination of information related to Oncology to assist RCI clients and staff. An active role in organization, review and analysis will be necessary in completing compliance audits, the learning center as well as education in the form of written, webinars and public speaking roles.

A strong knowledge of Oncology processes, applicable documentation, CPT® coding as well as Microsoft Office based products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio is necessary. This position will require limited travel.

Education/Compliance Consultant – This consulting position will include responsibility for extensive research and providing client education related to services offered by RCI. In addition, an active role in compliance audits, analysis and written summations are expected. This position will assist in developing and maintaining electronic education material and communications with clients.

Oncology Medical Business Office Consultant - Responsible for evaluation of current revenue cycle processes, development of improvement measures and assisting clients in implementation steps regarding developed action plans for overall Oncology practice operations as they pertain to the entire revenue cycle.

Requirements for this position include:

Strong background and proven results in medical business office process improvements
CPC Credential
Oncology billing office management experience necessary
A minimum of 7 years experience direct management of CBO is required; 15+ direct reports is preferred
Capable of presenting on a local and national level
Well spoken and professional appearance is necessary
Extensive travel is expected
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and multiple medical billing platforms
Ability to relocate to Austin, TX is required

Medical Oncology Consultant – Responsible for performing a variety of medical oncology consulting services to include training of oncology and billing personnel in regards to documentation and charge capture for all medical oncology procedures, review of oncology medical records, assistance with new practice set up and policy and procedures. Clinical experience and travel is required.

Radiation Oncology Consultant – Responsible for performing a variety of radiation consulting services. Clinical experience and a strong background with EMR utilizing ARIA, IMPAC and/or Lantis is required. Extensive travel is necessary.
