EXECUTIVE TEAM

Ron DiGiaimo MBA, BSHA

Before founding Revenue Cycle Inc. in 2002, Ron DiGiaimo worked as an executive with the three largest publicly traded oncology firms in the United States and currently lectures nationally on oncology related topics. Recognizing a need for a "best of the best" oncology practice reimbursement firm, he put together a team with an average of more than 19 years of diverse healthcare administration management experience. The Revenue Cycle Inc. team represents knowledge of human resource management, budgeting, program planning, coding, billing and reimbursement, cancer center development, managed care, and total operations for both freestanding and hospital Radiation and Medical Oncology clinic management.

DiGiaimo himself brings impressive skills to the firm, including 19 years experience in clinical, mid-level and executive level management, an in-depth patient treatment experience as a past radiation therapist and radiographer, and a solid financial management background. He is also a proven strategist in practice building, coding and documentation for both Part A and Part B reimbursement, and has broad experience with marketing, operations, development, and public relations.

Ron is active with ACRO, ASTRO, SROA, ACCC, ACE, AAMD, ASCO, ACHE and several other such groups designed to forward the cause of oncology. He currently assists with the publication of the American College of Radiation Oncology Practice Management Guide, which serves to educate all National Medical Directors from Medicare to commercial insurers as well as the oncology community. The guide contains information helpful to coding, reimbursement, practice valuation, marketing, new technology and many other items of interest.

DiGiaimo earned an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University, and a Bachelors degree in Health Administration from Weber State University. He is also a past Radiation Therapist, trained Allen Shivers, Radiation Therapy School in Austin, Texas and has an Associates Degree of Radiography from Waco, Texas at MCC.

Perhaps most importantly, Ron prides himself on strong ethics and integrity from Revenue Cycle Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries. He recognizes that the physicians and the hospital administrators are the "drivers" of the business models and that Revenue Cycle Inc. companies are facilitators to help them reach their desired goals.

Sally Eggleston, MBA, BSRT (T)
Ms. Eggleston currently serves as the Director of Business Development for Revenue Cycle Inc. and as the President for RC Billing

After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, she began her career as a radiation therapist at the first freestanding center in Oklahoma. During the course of her employment, she served as the Vice President of Operations for a national billing and consulting company, where she was responsible for consulting, compliance and coding audits.

Ms. Eggleston transitioned to an academic career as a professor at the College of Allied Health at the University of Oklahoma where she served as the Clinical Coordinator and Assistant Professor for the University of Oklahoma, College of Allied Health Radiation Therapy Program.

She is very active with national seminars in conjunction with the American College of Radiation Oncology, and has been a featured speaker at ARST, AAMD, SROA and APC Payment Insider.

Having earned a bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology from the University of Oklahoma, College of Allied Health, Ms. Eggleston went on to receive a Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University.

Kelli VanDenBerg Weiss, R.T. (R)(T)
As Director of Consulting for Revenue Cycle Inc., Kelli VanDenBerg Weiss brings more than 14 years of experience in the medical field to the table. She coordinates and performs audits, training and billing and coding seminars. Her multiple strengths include attention to detail, professionalism and communication skills, which are beneficial for integrating training at physician- and hospital-based cancer facilities.

Prior to joining Revenue Cycle, Kelli served in operational positions as Chief Therapist and Dosimetrist as well as Radiographer at multiple facilities in Texas. Kelli completed her radiography education in Waco, Texas, and her radiation therapy training at The University of Texas MD Anderson in Houston, where she obtained her certification in Radiation Therapy.

Kelli is active in the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, SROA, MCDB and AAMD. She is also very active in national seminars in conjunction with the American College of Radiation Oncology.

Marilyn Waldenville
Marilyn Waldenville serves as Director of Reimbursement for Revenue Cycle Inc., bringing more than 13 years experience in physician, facility and hospital billing, and more than 10 years in Medical and Radiation Oncology. Waldenville previously served as a reimbursement manager for major practice management companies where she was responsible for more than 350 million dollars in charges.

Her experience includes CPT, ICD-9, and HCPCS coding, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), process improvement, policy and procedure development, revenue enhancement, accounts receivable management, and statistical reporting.

Waldenville supports the concept of "good clean claims" and appeals submission to pursue deserved reimbursement due each client from all payers.
